Bio-cleanair Class IIA/B3 Biohazard Safety Cabinets provide personnel, product, and environment protection. Class II Cabinets differ in the proportion as 70% air is re-circulated within the cabinet through high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration. Velocity of airflow to the work zone creates an ultra-clean environment for product protection, where the remaining exhaust air is discharged out.

Class II Cabinets differ in the proportion  as 70% air is re-circulated within the cabinet through high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration. Velocity of airflow to the work zone creates an ultra-clean environment for product protection, where the remaining exhaust air is discharged out.

An internal blower draws sufficient room air through the front grille to maintain a minimum calculated or measured average inflow velocity of at least 75 lfpm at the face opening of the cabinet. The supply air flows through a HEPA filter and provides particulate-free air to the work surface. Laminar airflow reduces turbulence in the work zone and minimizes the potential for cross contamination. An unducted Class II type A is not to be used for work involving volatile or toxic chemicals. The buildup chemical vapors in the cabinet (by re0circulated air) and in the laboratory (from exhaust air) could create health and safety hazards.

“Bio-cleanair” The Class I biohazard safety cabinet is maintained under negative pressure, ventilated cabinet usually operated with an open front. All of the air from the cabinet is exhausted through a HEPA either into the laboratory or to the out side. The Class I BSC is designed for general microbiological research with low-and moderate-risk agents, and is useful for containment of mixers, blenders, and other equipment. These cabinets are not appropriate for handling research materials that are vulnerable to airborne contamination, since the inward flow of unfiltered air from the laboratory can carry microbial contaminants into the cabinet.

Bio-cleanair vertical laminar flow class ii type b2 biohazard safety cabinets provide personnel, product, and environmental protection. This series of cabinets are referred to as "total exhaust" cabinets because the 100% contaminated air is exhausted to the atmosphere after hepa filtrations without re-circulating in the cabinet.

 Bio-clean air Class III biological safety cabinet was designed for work with Microbiological agents assigned to bio safety level 4, and provides maximum protection To the environment and the worker. Access for passage of materials into the cabinet is through a double-door pass-through box that can be decontaminated between uses. Both supply and exhaust air are HEPA filtered. The exhaust air must pass through the Two HEPA Filters, or a HEPA filtered and an air incinerator, before discharge to the outdoors. Airflow is maintained by a dedicated independent exhaust exterior to the cabinet, which keeps the cabinet under negative pressure.
 Arm-length, heavy-duty rubber gloves are attached in a gas-tight manner to ports in the cabinet and allow for manipulation of the materials isolated inside. Although these gloves restrict movement, they prevent the users direct contact with the hazardous materials.

Fabricated by using IS 304 stainless steel, equipped with high resistance electric heater with asbestos / glass wool insulation, automatic temperature controlling thermostat to raise the exhaust air temperature to 80-degree Celsius (Adjustable), to destroy hazardous organisms which are contaminated in the exhaust air to protect the environment.
