“Bio-cleanair”™ Portable / Mobile / Vertical Laminar Air Tent allows operation in sterile and particle free conditions because of the continuous flushing of the working area by a unidirectional and Vertical and ultra filtered airflow, it assures a full product and process protection.
Scope: Design, fabrication, supply, installation & commissioning of CLASS 100 – pre fabricated, Class 100 Portable / Mobile Cleanroom / Air Tent
Size: The overall size of the proposed Class 100 Portable / Mobile Cleanroom / Air Tent will be Length 10’ x Width 6’ x Height 6’ (In Feet) to be under CLASS 100-controlled environment
Design: Vertical Laminar airflow workstation and its structural frames are made IS 304 Grade Stainless Steel sheet metal Construction with satin finish. The entire ceiling area covered with fan filter Unit with mini-pleat HEPA Filters, thus supplying absolute unidirectional clean air across the entire ceiling area
Function: The system works based on two-stage air filtration. Ambient air is sucked by the blower (1200 CFM (Approx.) centrifugal blower) through pre-filters and passed into the HEPA filters pressure plenum. Particles retained at pre filters level will be 10 micron and retention at HEPA filter level will be 0.3 micron. The HEPA pressure plenum is surrounded by negative pressure zone to eliminate possibility of cross contamination.
Contaminated air from process area may be directly left into the local atmosphere or may be exhausted; this depends up on the nature contamination created during the process activity.
Suitable for maintaining a positive pressure inside; on lockable wheels; easily dissembled and reassembled type; all filters installed on top / inside the work area if false ceiling height is low
Cleanliness ISO 5 (Class 100) (The particle sizes of 0.5 µm < 3520 particles/M³ of air & 5 µm < 293 particles / M³ of air at both at Rest & Operation Condition as per standard ISO 14644-1.
